Forgive my ignorance, New to internet banking. All is fine st the moment but for one thing. When I try to log on I am getting a box advocating their mobile app. I definitely do not want this. You cannot get rid of the box but there is a small worded link to log on. When you do this your user name box is coloured pink with a request to add a value. Why is this pink and what is the value? I find this really annoying. Can anyone enlighten me? If you can I would be grateful.

It's asking for your user ID and password - those are the values. It's going pink because it thinks you have pressed continue without filling in those boxes.

Thank you so much Patricia. I was confused as the pink box only came up when the mobile app offer was on. When I managed to log on without that happening the box was blank. Thank you again.
