Hi, I get child tax credits for my disabled son who is still in school. He's busy transferring from disabled children's social services to adults social services. He's 18 soon, even though he's in education until 19/ They want details of his income and have mentioned child tax credits. Is this not ours with it being in our name rather than classed as his income. Just wondering whose income it is? Or what others have done? thanks.
