I've made a friend at a mother and bump group I go to (all due around the same time) we were all speaking about how we were gna be dealing with having a newborn and lots of us a toddler and dealing with money, and she can out right saying she has a 4 year old claims jsa and hasnt told them she's pregnant, shes 30 weeks now, she's main claimant her partner "looks after the other child when not at school, " I told her I'm sure she can get in trouble for this yet she said she won't, an she needs to look out for her family, I don't wna seem pushy with her as, as she stated it's her family but she's already asked for money from me when she was going through a hard time so I'm sure when she finally tells them she's had a baby they knew nothing about she will be at my door again, :( I can't help then as I will have a toddler and new born with bills to pay, how much trouble could she get in so I can at least try change her mind/make her see the bigger picture.

Stay out of it completely - you've told her once and she's ignored it. Not your responsibility.

Please stop enabling her by giving her money though!

I'm not sure she is doing anything wrong from what you've posted. At some point she will have to declare the pregnancy/baby and the DWP will deal with her accordingly. I suspect if she is on JSA now she will soon be moved onto Universal Credit and I think there are slightly different rules regarding work and children.

Personally, I would not try to get to involved, especially if you don't know her that well.
