I have a loan at 7%. Is it possible to move the loan in to a zero % credit card?

Not normally no.
However you might be able to get a balance transfer that offers "money transfer" as an option, then use that money to pay off the loan. I think most cards that have that option tend to be sub prime and hence high APR.

You can look to see if you can make a payment to clear your loan by card. If so you can get a card with a 0% interest for a fixed period on purchases. Or look for a 0% credit card that allows money transfers.

See if you can get a money transfer. I got a 2000 0% for six months to pay off a emergency dental bill
