Hi after waiting for nearly 2 months for my last 6 years statements from the Halifax I actually spoke to someone quite helpful who has sent me a printed list of my charges in the last 6 years.
I dont know what I do next, I assume there is a letter to send requesting this amount back, can I also include debit interest that I was charged at this time? Do I send them back the list I was sent to show the charges?
Any help appreciated!!!
