I work , dh been on ESA CB Wrag group 365 days

As title says, I work and dh as been sick on esa cb wrag group 365 days, jobcentre as now said he as to sign on for jobseekers!!

Jobseekers is for someone who is seeking work? My husband is mental ill under psych and is worse than when it all started.

They say only other is universal credit, but I work and we (HE) won’t get anything 0

Can he not try esa CB base again and see if he qualifys for the support group??

I don't think you can just ask for a re-assessment unless his condition is significantly worse.

Has he tried for PIP ?

Iirc CB only lasts longer than 12 months if he was assessed support group. wRAP runs out after 52 weeks and he would need to apply for IR.

Put in for pip. Get evidence from any professionals involved. And seek support to fill in the form.

If he's under psych I would look into whether he qualifies for support group under regulation 35 - risk of deterioration if found fit for work and work related activity. You have 13 months from the decision to submit a late mandatory reconsideration of the decision that he is fit for WRAG. If he's assessed in the support group, the money will increase and be paid beyond 365.
