Moved house on 4th/6th June. Notified EVERYONE of change of address, including Bank (Bank of Scotland). Since then have had no end of hassle. tried to place an order online with Amazon, they declined my card, and whne I queried it, they said it wasn't registered to the address I gave them! However the £33.00 is unavailiable at the minute as, even though the order hasn't gone through, they still requested the funds. Then I tired to do an online order with Dorothy perkins, same problem, again the funds are "pending" which means I can't access them until Dorothy perkins put them back. Then today I tried to update my address details on paypal. it let me chgange the address, but not the address which my debit card is registered to, it keeps defaulting to my old address. When i phoned them they said it was "because the bank haven't updated your address and are declining your card. have called bank, they defiantely have new address.
Also 5 (yes 5) transactions fro £2.50 each are "pending" ont eh account, bank can't tell me what it's for, and again I can't access the money or find out who's trying to claim it.
I have enough of a headache with moving I don't need alll this hassle.
