Finance if company is in administration?

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I stand with my situation.
I purchased a sofa a year ago on finance (2 years at 0%).
Love the sofa and always make the payments so no problem there and obviously intend to pay for it in full.
My problem is with the accidental damage cover I also purchased and now wish to use.
The company I purchased it from has sadly gone into administration and subsequently no one is answering the phone!
The cost of the cover was added to the total cost of the sofa and spread out with the finance payments but the cover was a separate add on.
Shall I assume that I don't have cover anymore because the company is in administration and would I be entitled to a refund for this cover?
If they're not answering the phone I don't know who I'm supposed to contact about it.

I would look carefully at the paperwork. The accidential damage policy may be an insurance product which is provided by another company. If you find that to be the case you can then try to contact the company which provided the insurance so see if they will honour that insurance given that the premium for it was paid (as the finance company I will assume paid the premium for the insurance).
Just guessing though but the first thing I would do is establish exactly who was providing what.

Thank you @nannynick
I'll dig out the paperwork today and check. I suppose the guarantee for the sofa is void now too.

Yes I would assume any guarantee is no longer valid as no one to do the work.
