I have 2k on a credit card to pay off and decided to get a balance transfer card so I can clear it interest free. Went on money supermarket, did a comparison, chose a card (capital one), followed the link to their site and set it up including giving them the card details of my credit card and the balance amount, plus setting up a monthly direct debit to pay it off from my debit account. All ok, got the card and activated it. That was a couple of weeks ago and the balance on the card is still 0 and the balance on my original credit card is still 2k... Do I have to do something else to transfer the balance? I've been all over the capital one website and I can't work it out?! 
help please!!
