Wedding hair and make up

Hello! I was wondering how much bridal hair and make up was? The trial price and the price on the day?

I paid £40 for trial hair and £40 trial make up
Then £65 hair on the day and £55 make up on the day.

I’m paying £270 all in, hair and make up on the day and that includes trial beforehand. That’s just for me

That’s the pricey end I understand but I’m not going to take any chances

I have found that a lot of make up artist would like you to secure the date and then they offer my a trial date a couple of months ahead of the wedding my only worry is that if I don't like the trial I only have a few months to find someone else and plus I lose the money. I can't seem to find any one who wants to do the trials before Xmas which I really would prefer.

When's your wedding? That's very standard but I'm sure if you ask and they have space they would accommodate you earlier.

Last year, mine did a trial months beforehand (£50), then I booked her for the big day because I liked the make up. Wedding make up was £140 plus £50 per extra person. I am in the south east and those figures were good compared to other quotes I had.

My daughter is getting married and is paying £50, she has used this salon before though so knows the makeup artist and doesn’t need a trial
