Child tax credit help

Does anyone know anything about DWP submitting a DEA to an employer because of a child tax credit debt?
And is it possible to come to an agreement about a payment plan once this has been enforced?

Please help!

If you honestly cannot afford what they want to take, you can apply to pay what you can afford.

They will want all of your income and expenditure, bank statements etc.
