I'm sure most people have heard that House of Fraser have cancelled all online orders aa they're unable to fulfil them. They said 2 weeks ago that all customers would be contacted by email in the next few days about it and would be refunded. 2 weeks on I have still not received an email despite emailing their customer services a number of times nor have I received a refund for my unfulfilled order of £150 worth of goods. I paid on a Curve MasterCard which is a debit card.
Had anyone else had the same problem? Or having the same issue?
What can I do to get my money back?
