So nursery... changed my days a couple of times before starting so asked by email for them to confirm costs for the new day pattern. They told me £594. So imagine my horror when I receive an invoice for £740. I sp am to them and they say there is a mix up not sure exactly but are speaking with accounts and in the meantime tell me it’s actually £654.

I am a bit annoyed at them, they were very keen to get us to pay a deposit and register but since we have done that, zero communication from them( things like receipts etc I have had to ask for multiple times) and my son is not settling well. Unfortunately I have signed a contract with 6 weeks notice otherwise I wouldn’t send him there.

However that aside, what do I do about fees? If they confirm in writing is that binding?

Have they broken down what the invoice is for? We're there any extras (lunch? Late pickups?) that weren't included in the basic quote?
