Child care vouchers

Hi

Hoping some of you will be able to help.....my partner has just changed jobs and in previous employment had built up around £800 in cc vouchers. I've just logged on to pay Septembers fee for nursery and the money has gone Shock I'm now in a total panic as we rely on that 'money' and obviously he can't ring anyone at previous job as it's bank holiday Monday.

Does anyone know if we can still use that money? Or have we lost it?

Thanks in advance

He will need to contact the voucher administrator. There is a possibility that the money is in the process of being repaid back to him (with all the tax implications of that) - has he had his final salary from his old work?

Thanks for the reply! Yes he's had his final salary last month. I'll get him to call first thing, I've upped my hours with eldest starting school next week so could do with the money for little ones nursery.

Most schemes don't do refunds so the vouchers should still be there to use. As they are not in your online account, he has to query it. With luck they will reappear in the voucher account so you can pay them to nursery.
