What type of survey is this?

Our buyers are having their survey wednesday and it is a home health check?I've never heard of it do you know what it is?And how long it takes?

I don't think it is a full survey the agents said it is a middle ground one so I suppose its a homebuyers report

also does anyone know how long it takes?I have only had full survey before which is hours!Should I stay in to stop him snooping or go out and let him get on with it?

We had the basic survey done on our house 2 weeks ago, the guy was here for 20 min if that!

He just had a machine which measured damp and just had a quick look around, that was it!

No hipps is cancelled it is the in between survey not full structural but not basic valuation either.I am just trying to find out how long he'll be here!20 mins is good
