Updating tax credits.

As of next week I am increasing my hours from 17 up to 24.

Will I need to inform tax credits of this change as it is only 7 hours extra than i am doing now.

Yes - although it would depend if you need to do above a certain number of hours for working tax credits.

and you need to tell them because you will earn more so may affect payments ( although unlikely unless earning above the 2.5kdisregard)
