HI,
I sent off my letter to Lloyds to get my total for a credit card I no longer have.
I never had a reply, so after more than 40 days I sent the follow up letter, but again I haven't heard anything from them.
What do I do now?
Has anyone else had problems dealing with Lloyds TSB?
