did you forget to send somethign back? Cause they usually warn you that if you dont' reply within a certain time they stop them.

hi yes they r open but i cant get thru. I didnt get a renewal pack, BUT, my payments were adjusted up slightly a months ago so i pressumed becuase of that it had been done automatically, because I am a bog standard unemployed person.

so confusing. they gave me more money without me telling them anything.

Tax credits staff do not know there elbow from their nether regions. Realised like you payments have been stopped!!!!!!
was told when renewed few weeks ago i had been overpayed.....was shocked but then wasn't surprised there system is kak.....then no payment for this month at all so rang today and they said I haven't been overpaid and will correct the problem however I will now have to reapply grrrhrhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhrrrrrrrrggggggrhghrghrhghhrhhhghrhhrhghhhhghrhgh!!!!!!!!!!

I get mine weekly. You do need to send back the pack regardless or they will stop the payments am afraid. It happened to me last year, it is a pain but you can renew over the phone so just keep trying to call. You'll get your money in a few days then

and cos I get housing bens, it was on their forms, when my hb was re assessed, the new amount, so how the f did housing bens know when i didn't??
