Building society not accepting my HMRC online tax calculation docs!

Firstly: This building society said they accept the online tax calculations (previously called SA302 forms) from HMRC accounts. I checked multiple times before I applied for a mortgage with them. They even sent me a link to the instructions to get them.

Now after I submitted them, they say I need an "SA302 form" and sent me a sample of the old paper format. But the new online forms look different, here is a sample:

And this ^ is what I get when I follow the links to the SA302 forms, and this is what I sent the building society, along with my tax overviews. But they keep asking for the old SA302 forms - even though they say accept the new online forms, which they even sent links for!

I've been trying to sort this out all week and no final answer. What on earth can I do? Is there a higher power I can appeal to? I even sent them the HMRC guidance for mortgage lenders which has a sample of the new online forms which match mine. I'm terrified I won't get a mortgage because of this craziness.

You need to complain to the building society. They will have a complaints team. Do you know if it is a specific advisor refusing them or underwriters? Which building society?
