i requested my staements to reclaim charges

Hi, I have recently sent off for my statements how long did yours take to come? Will watch this thread with interest as will hopefully be at this stage soon!

trawl through them and make a note of any charges. Then write a letter with a list of your charges, asking for them back.

If you do a search on "bank charges" in thread titles on here, you'll find links to letter templates.

They are from Barclaycard, and it took 20 working days.
