i ordered some glasses six weeks ok the story goes

first part ordered where broken so get phoned 2 weeks after first order and told needed to come pick more frames

did this 2 weeks later when pick them up got 5 pound gift card cus i had to do 56 mile round trip

2 days later head bloody killing cant see properly took back

they had not been made right

picked up yesterday 12 days later and now one of the lenses is loses

really pissed off

what would u do and expect them to do

I'd expect a full refunnd and get my specs elsewhere.

I had this with Specsavers. I was going on holiday. Went in to get my sunglasses on their third attempt to get them right. Yet again, they got them wrong. The optician told me to pick any of their own pairs and I could have them free of charge. I also got my original ones 2 weeks later when they finally got them right. They kept mucking up the centration so I felt dizzy when I wore them.

i'd expect a full refund hun. and petrol money for compensation!
