Just that really. I've been through stuff on stepchange site and I need to ring them tomoro but basically whilst I know I need to put my loan, credit cards and catalogue into DMP, can I keep my car out of it as I need to keep it on PcP and can afford to. I need it to work

Possibly. But you're not allowed to favour one creditor over another so you may fall foul of that rule. Does pcp mean you own the car at the end?

Probably not. It will probably be in the Ts and Cs that if you call any formal meeting of creditors it will mean that your agreement will be terminated.

It's no good asking here - we don't know what's in your contract. You need to call up your finance company and ask the question,

I am coming to the end of an IVA. all my debts were considered apart from my mortgage and car finance. That was classed as a necessity.

I've spoken to stepchange who are sorting the dmp for me and I can keep the car, they've classed it as a necessity as I need it for work
