I still use it, but it is discontinued and very old.

It received downloads of statements from banks and credit card companies, and reconciles your records. It also maintains registers of investments and other assets, and of loans and mortgages.

Can anyone recommend something more up to date? If it can migrate the old MSM data that would be a big bonus.

Ah, following because we are in exactly the same situation! But put off switching as assumed (based on guesswork, not any actual knowledge) there would be problems porting the information over to any new programme.

I bought Jiosoft. The MS money files convert easily to the new format and you can import all your old data. Their technical support is also very good.

Thank you for this, I have been looking for something in place of Quicken.
I will read up on it later.
Let's hope they do not get bought out.

YNAB - free trial online.
Moved from Microsoft Money 5 years ago and haven't looked back. Does all that Microsoft money does, but is much better for budgeting.

Another YNAB fan here. The budgeting aspect has really changed how I view money and longer term goals.
