Can any body give me any information on the goverment homebuy scheme.
I have applied and I would want to buy on the open market but I will need 75% deposit. Can this be raised via a mortgage?
After approval (if I get it!) how long does it take for the funds to be released?
Any help or info would really be appreciated.
