Does anyone else bank with TSB?

I haven’t been online to look at my account since this disaster started because there seems little point. I’m very fortunate that I haven’t needed to.

Obviously I’m concerned for my finances and security and also very sorry to hear that front line staff in call centres and branches have been getting awful abuse for something that is nothing to do with the,.

What are the experiences of others and how are you feeling about it?

banks are regulated, hence mps.latest is that tsb have employed an expensive law firm...

pester made a total fool of himself by tweeting all was working when it clearly was not and is not. very out of touch even for a manager.

My standing orders didn’t get paid yesterday. Nice.

Mine did thankfully, there’s only one DD that I can’t see but it was only set up 10 days ago.

Have you been able to get advice from TSB?

I’ve made transfers from my other account (not TSB) for the standing orders. Just hope that TSB haven’t paid them and it’s just not showing online. They will have to compensate me.

I don’t think there is any point in trying to get advice from the poor staff who don’t know if they can trust their own systems. I don’t want to bother them if I can help it.

I have had 3 emails today from “TSB” - I don’t think so. Scammers are really using this opportunity. I bet someone will fall for it.

I’ve not had any scam emails thankfully.

I wasn’t able to see my SO’s on my statement but could see they’d been paid by checking the standing order section and looking at the last paid date
