MLM Bot Watch 38 - Large cheques are not forever

Whiterangey · 27/04/2018 21:00

I think the members of the Anti-MLM Coalition in the UK deserves to be recognised for the reduced cheques that have been received by the Forever Living bots in the UK.

They have worked tirelessly to spread the Anti-MLM message which seemed like a pointless battle when they started.

Yet here we are, the message is getting out there, and people are beginning to get the message.

People are listening. Ex-bots are telling their stories and encouraging others to leave or not to join MLM's.

You are all awesome and have worked so hard, you deserve so much respect for helping so many people.

I'm afraid so. Erhard Seminar Training. (I had a good friend who ......partook.)

Ladiva1971 · 28/04/2018 21:41

I am dora

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 21:42

The more I hear, the more it sounds like a gloopy version of Jonestown, Cozie.

cozietoesie · 28/04/2018 21:44

Would you say that your wife was caught up in a cult, Twenty?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 21:45

Haven't we had the drumming act before?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 21:46

My OH was certainly drawn into a group that demonstrates most of the characteristics of one Cozie.

Movedonup · 28/04/2018 21:47

Yes Uber buys or lends managers money to buy CC's! She's not alone in doing this. Then the bots feel forever in her debt and stick around longer. One sapphire manager actually promoted that she was buying people their "businesses" and people had to post on her page saying why they were worthy. I reported her at the time but nothing ever happened.
One of the level one bots who got her cheque on Thursday night was the most non compliant person ever. Again blind eye was turned when reported.

CodLiverOil556 · 28/04/2018 21:51

I think they must be getting desperate and must be feeling like the FLP is crumbling

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 21:52

@Movedonup- Surely then, it would have been possible for someone like Yawn to buy the missing bit she needed for a cheque? Or would it have cost more than it was worth in terms of CB?

cozietoesie · 28/04/2018 21:56

Maybe her face didn't fit? Wink

Just watched 5 minutes of the live streaming...god, it's boring as fuck.

BangingOn · 28/04/2018 22:01

Timeless Vie- of course! I liked and commented on the page from the early days so I bet she blocked me then. I might have to insist that Mr Banging finally gets around to launching on Facebook so I can use his account.

Does anyone else have half an eye on the Juice Plus conference going on in Birmingham this weekend? My ex-colleague is speaking tomorrow. She’s Team Rhino and the bizarre pose they all do for their photos is quite disturbing (I’m guessing it’s supposed to make them look like rhinos.... you can just imagine how that works out)

TheBrilloPad · 28/04/2018 22:02

Right so I figured out who pretty much everyone is (apart from home school and blocksuckers), but... so many of them look like nice normal mums! Uber in particular. I can see how you could get sucked in so easily.

Question though - what are the CC's you keep referring to that they have to achieve etc?

Movedonup · 28/04/2018 22:04

@Twentytwentyhindsight it wouldn't be worth it for a level 1 or 2 cheque and also you have to find someone who will do it. Not everyone that you can trust to pay you back / not report you. Needs to be someone in the inner circle. With yawns bad attitude I imagine that it's difficult to find someone. If you are buying people's cc's / buying businesses monthly you aren't getting people who are working the business really are you. It will collapse quickly doing that

I don't get why Castle's sister got involved with all this bollocks, she already has a bona fide business which is doing ok by all accounts..

cozietoesie · 28/04/2018 22:09

When someone you know well/trust/etc etc enthuses, it can be easy to be drawn in.

Tupperwarelid · 28/04/2018 22:10

I don’t understand why she did either Teddy

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 22:10

Thanks @Movedonup, from what I understood, she was sort or retail in her immediate downline and was wondering if it could have been a simple matter of roping in a couple of family members and shifting a few CCs through them.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 28/04/2018 22:10

*short

Whiterangey · 28/04/2018 22:12

I doubt Yawn is well liked. She seems to be tolerated by those who she is making money for, and is all sweet and lovely to those who she wants to make money for. As soon as they aren't doing well or they ask for help she gives no fucks.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it, because she would eat it if I did, but she isn't a nice person at all and you can't keep up the facade all the time.

She slips up when she is pissed off, like when Awesome commented on her page about the seats on the plane. She was a complete bitch in her reply and that showed the real her.

A lot of the others are better at hiding their real personas.

Yes I suppose a lure of a possible £400,000 cheque is tempting, but surely she must see the business model of a MLM is not sustainable long term, but like you say I guess she got brainwashed along with the rest of them...

Whiterangey · 28/04/2018 22:16

@Teddy1970 Castles sister is not doing well, her business is heavily in debt. Her business loses money each year, last year it was £30,000.

Castles Brother is doing well though, he has his own business and it's thriving.

In person I found them all up their own arses!! They revelled in the celeb-like status.

Think "mean girls"
