I was charged twice on a Switch payment online on the 28th April

and they still haven't refunded my money

Keep on at them. I was charged three times by Center Parcs for a recent deposit. They said they had a problem with their system but cannot see the extra charges against my booking (ie, if I had not phoned, they would not have known). They have only refunded one deposit, not two, and now I will have to pay for both or incurr interest charges. Wonder if there is a fault in the system somewhere? Hope you get it resolved.

I assume they know they've charged you twice?
I do know with things like returns it takes a long time to appear back in your account which amuses me as they manage to take it the same day.

Ask the bank for the dates and times of the actual transactions.
