Mortgages with 1 missing payment on credit file

Hi guys,

Looking to move house, have 999 credit score but have a missed payment (which im in the process of asking to be removed) all because a delivery charge was put on my account instead of going through and paying for it with my order! Why they do this i'll never know.

Anyway i'm worrying myself sick thinking that our next mortgage wont be accepted.

Parter has no issues like this and we have around £50k equity.

Has anyone had this before and what was your outcome?

I had 3 late payments on my credit file when we applied go a mortgage. But they were over 3 years before. I would think you should be fine. Most of it is down to affordability now.
