We have one DD ExH is always very sporadic about paying me and regulally doeant for that reason we moved to the collect and pay about 6 months ago, ExH hasn't paid a penny since we moved over and is in arrears of nearing £5k as some old unpaid CSA is also still standing as unpaid. He is self employed and rarely engages with them, they normally take his earrings from his tax return.

I can't talk to ExH at all, he hates me. He's still angry 12 years after I left him. He doesn't see DD at all or contact is very sporadic, maybe once a year but we have gone 4 years at one time. He had 3 other children with his now wife.

After lots of backwards and forwards with the CMS they said they are going down the enforcement and are looking to "lift" some money in the next few weeks, I've no idea what that means and the man on the phone said he could only discuss so much due to his data protection.
We went so far with the original CSA at a few points but at the last minute he paid £100 or so and it stopped action only to start it all a few weeks later.

So my question is has anyone every actually got any money this way at all?? I am highly disillusioned with the whole thing.

He recently asked if my DH would adopt her so he had no financial obligations, so he's no morals at all.
Thanks
