I have a County Court judgement against a Letting Agent but they are refusing to pay up. Am going down the bankruptcy route as I have had over 2 years of grief from them and want a little revenge though getting my money back would be better.
Any advice about filling the form in would be welcome - it looks very straighforward but is it?
