Bills, bills, bills - can anyone help me with estimating bills for a two-bed flat?

OK. I am forward-planning (just a bit) and need help.

I need to budget for bills in a hypothetical two-bed flat. It's a good while since I paid utility bills and I can't for the life of me remember how much I should be budgeting for...

So - can anyone help with ballpark figures for gas, electricity and water, paid monthly?

We pay about 20 quid a month electricity, 25 gas, 20 water.
