to validate their account after it's been put on limited access (due to 3rd party using my account)?
I tried to do the telephone verification but as we're ex-directory they couldn't match up the phone number with the address so it said I'd be sent a letter in the post with a code to enter - and then I'll be able to have full access again.
Anyhow - that was on the 18th of April and I still haven't had anything in the post........have over £80 that I really would like to withdraw but can't until it's sorted.
Anyone else had to wait for a letter like this - and how long did it take?
