Anyone had been turned down on the bank charges??

as just rcvd a letter from Halifax and they are NOT reimbursing our money back!

Because.....

When i opened my account, i agreed to their terms and conditions which explained that charges would be applied if you did not keep to the terms of the account

whats next??

its just a standard fob you off letter,dont worry.Go to the consumer credit action group and print off the next round of letters to send ,or if you've sent all the warning letters already then the next stage is court,dont worry tho almost all banks settle before court and all your cost would be reimbursed.
