Help - I need to file a claim now at the courts for reclaimingbank charges

I got £3k back from Lloyds
They dragged it out to the very last minute though, settling just a day before the court date.

I am having problems with my pc at home (waiting for new provider to connect me) anyway I sent the last letter (3) on the 10th April and got no response. I phoned the bank last week and was told they have not got any record of me sending any letters to them.

Im currently in the libary trying to file a claim case at court on money claim on line and its taken me 50minutes to register its a right pain. Am I doing the right thing? I dont know what to do should I complete this case file on line??
