Package Account claims - when to escalate to Ombudsman?

I updated an original complaint to Barclays on 21 Oct last year. I got a text from Barclays on 31 Oct telling me 'they may need to contact me for more info and will be in touch'. And since then, nada.

I can't see a way to contact them via Resolver so presumably I need to go directly to Barclays now?

How long should I give them before I escalate it?
