Okay so I started 5 years ago paid 300 bond then I moved with the Sam landlord as my family grew and topped up 100 for the bond
3 years later I owe 100 for rent and paying to top up bond on a house which I was told would be 750
So with my 400 bond I pay off what I owe and I pay the 350 for a house bond
Then landlord says I'm 110 off I pay that
I move get a new tendency
The tenency says the bond is 500
So including the previous bond i paid 960
Take off what I owed 110
And tge actual bond 500
So I have paid 350 extra for nothing I've spoken to my landlord about this over the last month sinced I've moved and they say they'll look into it but nothing happens I know I should've kept keeping track of payments as they were made but I do have all the receipts for this money so what can I do ...
I am going to ask again for a copy of where all the money I've paid has gone but do they have to give me it back ?

I’m confused about what you have paid.

Bond do you mean deposit? Are you in the UK?
