Unfortunately I have lost my engagement ring! It was not a listed item on my house insurance and I do not have any receipts or valuations of the ring, only a picture. The ring was passed down to me and i have a rough idea of what its worth, though nothing written on paper.How do I go about claiming for the cost of a new ring without them refusing my claim , im just nervous as I've heard several people say their claim was rejected although legit due to no receipts or valuations. My insurance is dial direct insurance
