Address for claiming BANK CHARGES from Natwest?

I sent off my letter and copied bank statements about 2 weeks ago but sent them to the customer relations dept (as this is where to complain) obviously put my account details on the letter have i mucked up? will i still get a reply from them? as i have noticed a few people saying they sent theirs to their branch manager.

TIA if you can help.

I sent mine to the branch but was told that I have to send it to customer relations - they took ages to acknowledge the letter and I'm still awaiting my bank statements. They are very busy apparently so you have to be patient!! I just want to get my money back!!

Oh thanks god for that! i had visions of having to re photo copy all my statements to re-send to the branch.

Thanks for that Lolly, i know how you feel too they quick enough to take it out your account though eh!
