I don't want H in the house any more. I've had enough of his constant jibes and it makes dds cry all the time.

Are you a homeowner or a renter?

If you're a renter, is he on the tenancy agreement?

If you're an owner, is it a joint mortgage?

Would this be an amicable split?

Not amicable at all.

I own the house outright.

DD is reading over my shoule=der

If you own the house outright in your name you should be able to get him out without as much fuss as if you were joint owners or tenants.

You really need some professional advice, however.

Have you been to the Citizens Advice Bureau?

Go to CAB or a solicitor.
