Budgeting/social fund loan

A friend of mine has applied for a budgeting loan online and they messaged to say they had received the application around a day or 2 after she had sent it off. Was just wondering how long it would take for a decision and to get the payment from then? I know it says 15 working days, but I was wondering how long it took other people's application to finalise. Thanks x

Hi op I have had a couple of budgeting loans and they're really quick.
Text to say application received and normally around 5 days later a letter confirming approval and date to go in bank which is usually 3/4 days after that.

Thank you. When my partner was out of work and I was claiming benefits (a while back now), there wasn't an option to do it online, so wondered if it would be quicker x
