Would you accept this offer? (Anyone with legal knowledge)

I have had a nightmare of a problem with my water company (there is another thread on here with a copy of the letter).
They have offered us just under 300pounds,plus anything else we get from another department for having to move out of the house for two weeks with a 2year old ds and 6month old dd.

Is it a good offer, or should we try for more compensation. They are also going to fix their pipe

300 pounds isn't enough to put you all into a htel for two weeks so I would ask for more.

Sorry I don't have legal knowledge but common sense tells me that it isn't enough to house you all for two weeks.

The 300 is just for the problem. Hoping to find out tomorrow for the moving out for two weeks (went to my mams!!)
