We first complained to the FSA about our 2 mis-sold Standard Life endowment policies in August 2004. We actually had a decision in October 2005, but have appealed (with the FSA's Review Team going back over our case) because their decision broke the FSA's own rules. It's been with this Review Team for 2 1/2 years and we're still waiting for a final decision (and in the meantime still paying into our mediocre policies).
So how long did you wait? I'm just fed-up of hearing people complain (like my SIL and my parents) and hearing that they had decisions reached within weeks or months.
