Transfer of equity following divorce

Hi all,

I have received (from my ex's comveyancers) the "transfer of equity" form that will sort out the last bit of my divorce. I am the outgoing party, to receive a sum of money to transfer my interest in the property to my ex & her partner. The form looks like it says exactly what the consent order said it should do, so....
Why does the letter "strongly recommend" I get the form checked out by a solicitor myself? Should I?? Or can I do this bit myself and save £300???

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
