Questions about clamining bank charges...threads are too long!!

i know there are LOTS of threads about this but they are too long and hard to follow.

Can anyone answer these questions for me?

1.Is there a time limit?
2.What if i can't afford to pay the small claims fee (even if i may win)?
3.has anyone had their accounts with RBS and Barclays closed because of the claim?
4.has anyone claimed successfully with RBS, Barclays, Capitalone and Barclaycard?

Just to let you know I am currently claiming from Barclays at present. Just waiting on them letting me know how much we have been charged.

I know theres a few others on here who have also claimed successfully from Barclays.

ty jofe tbh i don't care if barcays close the account, i am just paying back my overdraft on that one anyway!
