I ordered just over £30 worth of goods from Crabtree & Evelyn 6 weeks ago. I've emailed and received replies - the latest (last week, so 5 weeks since the order was placed) saying that the delivery company couldn't gain access, but surely if there was no answer they'd leave a note and leave at a post office?
I've left messages on the phone (no one ever answers!) and contacted them via Facebook but although the social media team answer they just had you back to the people who ignore you!
Is it a scam? I keep thinking surely not but I can't think of any other explanation. Quite upset about it all.
