I did my tax credit renewal a month ago and updated my earning for this tax year as it went up significantly (10k more than previous tax year). I am now above all TC thresholds and should get them anymore.
Today I got a letter with my 2017-18 award. My award is based on last year's figures even though I updated online.
So I logged in back online to look at this year's expected earnings but it is neither my earning from last year in that box nor my expected earnings which I 100% put in. Instead it shows a random figure which is just in between.
My award letter says I should get £135 paid on 26 Jul but I only got paid £26. Nothing adds up. I tried to ring multiple times but I never get through.
Anybody any idea what this is all about???
