had a zanussi cooker for fifteen months and everything is working however the manual states that you can remove the door,unscew the glass retainer and clean the two inner glass panels.on trying this one retaining screw refuses to unscrew and dh thinks it must have been cross threaded in the factory,so now i cant clean the inner glass and it looks really crummy.so do i have grounds to complain even though its probably outside guarantee period,not sure if its one year or two years guarantee.afterall its not something you would clean evey week,its not needed cleaning until now.
