Tax credits - final earnings for 2016

Having an utter nightmare trying to find out DP's total income for the last financial year. He had three separate employers in that period and has only received one P60 so I don't have the information for tax credits.

I have been on the HMRC website and made him an account but it's absolutely useless. Won't give me an income total for last year, just says that tax returns haven't been calculated yet.

Chat advisors are all busy.

So where do I get this information from? For info, one of him employers is no longer in business and one has closed down temporarily for rebuilding works so phoning them is not an option.

Presumably he got pay slips, can you work it out from those?

If I could find them! He is the world's worst at putting stuff away!

However someone finally answered the webchat and I got the info and have done our TC renewal online.

All without having to use a phone. Bliss!
