Missing child tax credits payment.

We were receiving a weekly child tax credit payment every Thursday of £52.00 as the year before i was on maternity leave and went back to work. Then I noticed when I checked my online internet banking i hadnt received this weeks payment. My Income for laat year was £10516 and my partners income was £14653. So the total us now £25169.00.
When I logged onto my Hmrc account it showed i no weekly payments. Normally it would say how much and when our next weekly payment will be.
So does that mean we wont get any further payments as our household income is over the limit for child tax credits?
Last night I checked the hmrc calculator and put both of our last years incomes and it says at the end we could be entitled to £32.55 a month. Does that sound correct. Been trying to ring Tax credits last night but its been ao busy and cant get hold of anyone!! Hoping somebody can maybe help me today on here. I havent had my renewal pack yet. Still waiting for that. But i have a feeling we wont be getting anything. Our child is 2 and a half. Thank you

The cut off for one child ( assuming no childcare costs) is around £26k so yes you would get very little I'm afraid as you are close to the threshold.
