what is consideration money on a share transfer from please

forms!! Bloody hate them, can anyone tell me what consideration money is please!

How much that was paid for the shares transferred.

So if the shares are being transferred with no money being exchanged, either as a gift or when original owner dies, the consideration money is £0.

If you are buying them off the original owner, for say £1000, then the consideration money would be £1000
